I have yet to redeem myself from my entry last November 9. But I haven't thought of anything decent to write about. Nice.
Anyway, updates (which wouldn't make much of a difference in your life if you don't know me or something like that but what the heck):
[Not in chronological order]
I'm not on hiatus anymore! I ended it about 3 or 4 days after I publicly said online that I would go on one. I realized quite a number of things though. But I just couldn't stand it. Haha.
My band, NeuMun, passed the audition for the Battle of the Bands in the upcoming fair of Ateneo High School (February 1, 2008. That's a Friday. Heh.)
I got my haircut the day after that post. It's long again. . . but it's still short. (Say what? Labo.)
I started working on a vector of Paramore. It's just half-done but it could pass as "finished" to other people. Hehe. Honestly, I'm too lazy to finish it
The Seniors are occupying the new building in the high school department - the annex 2. We were all supposed to be on one floor. But then there during the typhoons, there were leaks from the ceilings so 4 sections had to move to the lower level. The rooms have their own washrooms but the problem is you have to wait in line in between classes because everyone needs to go. Pfft. Anyway, I could go on complaining but I won't. Hah! I'm just thankful we have a well-lit classroom. Hehe.
I received a bag of Tootsie Roll during our Kris Kringle yesterday. I was surprised it was my seatmate who picked my name. No wonder she kept asking me who I picked. (Thanks Joan!!!)
Third Quarter Exams. 'Nuff said.
CHRISTMAS BREAK BABYYY!!! Haha. Won't be having academics until the 7th of November! XD
Our school fair/talent fest will be on January… for seven days! (four-day talent fest and the usual three-day fair. I'm looking forward to the souvenir items. They look… good actually. Err… last high school fair for us!
)
My dad and I had sushi day earlier, then we went to this book shop near the place where we ate. I ended up buying 5 books yesterday for less than one thousand bucks. Haha! Yeh!
The Globalization of Poverty and the New World Order - Michel Chossudovsky
Single White Female - John Lutz
Galing Cine Café - Nestor de Guzman
Selected Poems - Merlie M. Alunan
Making Straight Circles (Short Story Collection) - Maria L.M. Fre-Felix
The first one I picked was the one by Chossudovsky. I bet my friends will roll their eyes and wonder. Eh :p
Anyway, if I remember anymore updates… I'll just add them. But for now, I'll read Chossudovsky first.
