Yay! I finally got a bass. I tried getting one before, but everytime, it seemed as if I wasn't meant to get one. Well anyway, I got it from Audiophile GH. I just texted Marlon earlier this week to order. Good thing I didn't barge in. He had to order it from the warehouse. Hahaha.
So yah. It's a pretty simple bass. Ibanez GAXB150.

I didn't have a choice of color cause they only had the black one. I was dying to get the red. Tough luck. So I got a red strap instead. 8-> Whahaha. And I ordered the Ibanez gig bag since it has more pockets than the Gator bag they had.
So far, I like the sound. Can't really say much since it's my first bass. Haha.
Anyway, Marlon told me, "So mag-bbass ka na pala." He was a bit shocked cause he knows I play the guitar. . . and he saw my equipment. Haha. Oh well. I've always wanted to play bass but my mum wanted me to take up classical guitar instead. And after that she got me my electric. So anyway, my left index finger hurts :-<

OMG. I just finished playing Metal Gear Solid: Portable Ops!! SOOO HAPPY!!! Just got it last April and it took me exactly 27 hours and 11 minutes to finish. I'M SORRY I'M SLOW. WHO CARES?!?! I DOOOOOON'T!
Hehehe. Now, if only Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII was out. . .

So I didn't attend my review today. Oh well.
I organized my photos a while ago. I finished quite a number. But I still have a long way to go. Started arranging them cause I got tired fixing my iTunes. Haha. At least I have some space now. My hard drives' aren't super full anymore. But I'm still going to buy one. Not yet sure which.
So yes. It's mother's day today.
I gave my mum a vector of herself. Heehee. Didn't know what to give her. So I just did that. I did it in less than 45 minutes, I guess. So, less layers = less detail. WHO CARES. It's the thought that counts. Hahaha!
She liked it anyway. I just said I'm not good with Photoshop anymore because I don't use it that much nowadays. I use it mostly for vectoring. And God knows I'm lazy to do that. I haven't even finished my own. HAHAHA. Oh well.

Up until a couple of hours ago, I had my eyes set on that Wii. I was supposed to ask my aunt to get it in the US cause it's a lot cheaper there (very expensive here in Manila! And most of them are Japanese versions)
So anyway. I was already computing all of the things I needed. I was so excited. Even GymBuddeh was excited. But then. . . I realized I wanted something else. Something for my camera.
And here it is, the Nikon SB-600:
It's cheaper if I get it from Amazon than in Hidalgo. . . if the prices there are still what they were a couple of days ago.
Haii. I really wanted the Wii though. So this'll be my birthday gift to myself. Hopefully I can get the Wii on Christmas. Have to save up again. And for the grad gift I want to give myself. Haii. I don't want to get money from my savings anymore. I need to refill it. Pfft. So I really have to save up.
Anyway. . . hopefully, the worker's comp will allow my aunt to leave the US for a while (she had a shoulder surgery)
I must say, having one guitar hero controller is a bit boring. Why'd you want to play such a fun game alone? Where's the social plutterply in you there?
You MUST have two controllers to fully enjoy the game. . . unless you're an anti-social plutterplop.
So speaking of Guitar Hero, I was just trying out the hard mode when I got addicted. (Now I don't want to go back to medium. HAHA)
I got a couple of five stars in the career mode. Oh and before that, I got 250,000++ in quick play. Forgot which song though.
Then I tried playing in expert mode, Sweet Child o' Mine. OH YEAH! four stars bebeh! (it's the first and only time I played in that difficulty, btw.)
Anyway. . . as I was saying, Guitar Hero is a great party game. HAHAHA! Not just a party game. It's a friggin FAMILY GAME!!
Wanna know why? Here's something, I love guitar hero. And well, so does my mum. . . And I got my brother to play it too! HAHA! The only one resisting temptation is my dad. HAH! I bet, he'll play soon >:) OH YEH! I LOVE IT!
So yeh. My mum's getting better. She can play medium already! Well, a bit XD
My bro's doing alright. Hehehe. Our mum beat him. In all of the songs they played! HAH!
HAHAHAHA!
They don't want to play against me. Cause I want it in pro face off mode, either medium or hard, but they want it in easy. HOW BORING! XD
